The master plan for this 50-acre site in the Vaca Valley Business Park, just south of Sacramento was refined and developed in 2004. The master plan calls for a 150-bed hospital, 90,000 sf of additional medical office space and a separate 30,000 sf. central plant. The central plant is designed to the Title 24 Hospital Standards, for future expansion to serve licensed inpatient facilities. Ultimately, the campus will accommodate a 200-bed inpatient hospital and 290 provider offices. The re-configuration of the existing entry reinforces the "boulevard" idea of the front door of the entire campus with loop road arrangement for vehiculur traffic. With the collaboration with local Planning, Building, Fire, Public Works, Engineering officials, the project was approved by the City Council in 2004. The project was complete in 2009.
